We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Certain items (such as opened feeding bottles or nursing products) are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
